#1. Was there a podcast that preceded this one on this topic that I can download?

#2. I would love to attend a seminar on this. My vote for a location is Houston.

#3. On the terminolgy, where would you suggest I look to find the terminology and its definitions?

I followed the iphone instructions and under the Apps Store there is no CCIM under SEARCH key.

There’s no app in the store for CCIM, Michelle. You can find CCIM Podcasts in iTunes.

Dear Sir/Madan,
I am a new born CCIM in Taiwan. As one of CCIMs designated by CCIM institute, I admire those senior CCIMs in the States who can get so fruitful and useful information regularly from CCIM institute. The magazine is one of the valueable resources.

I was so excited when I saw that we could find CCIM resource from iPhone. But sadly, it is not appeared on App. store in Taiwan. I don’t know why. If you can make it available for us, it will be wonderful.

The iTunes link on the front page should cause you computer to open iTunes and subscribe to the feed. It does on my Vista laptop, but only occaasionally on my Vista desktop. It’s one of those ‘go figure’ things. However, the “phobos” link seems to be broken now. I’ll take it down until I can figure out what’s wrong. Meantime, you can use the instructions at http://podcast.ccim.com/itunes-users/ to subscribe to the podcasts.

Why won’t the so-called podcasts download to mg itunes? The play now feature works, but I want to listen later. The only response I get is from clicking on the itunes logo on your page. The ones by the actual articles don’t work.

It show up in itunes as itpc://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=220142715

But it also has a message on the icon that says “There are no playable episodes of itpc://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=220142715

I have an intel iMac. Are these actual podcasts?
